C&R sales out of state

I did a brief search on the forums and I'll admit to being guilty of being a lousy post searcher.[sad2] Does anyone know if a Massachusetts C&R holder can sell and ship a C&R rifle to a C&R holder in a diferent state, say Oklahoma?
