C&R application question

I'm submitting my application tomorrow to get my C&R license. Am I required to send a copy of my LTC with the application? I cant find anything saying that i need to but don't want to get denied either.

I know the ATF follows all state laws and I had to give copies to make my SBR's so I figured I'd ask about this.

Right before the CLEO question #13 there is a statement on the application: “IF YOU ARE ONLY APPLYING FOR A TYPE 03 (COLLECTOR OF CURIOS AND RELICS) LICENSE, SKIP ITEMS 13-17 AND GO TO ITEM 18. FOR ALL OTHER LICENSE TYPES, CONTINUE WITH ITEM 13.”
