You should be reading Reason magazine:

According to the Institute for Justice, Massachusetts has "the worst civil forfeiture laws in the country." It looks like state legislators are about to outdo themselves.

The Massachusetts House of Representatives yesterday approved a bill that would ban flavored e-cigarettes, impose a 75 percent excise tax on "electronic nicotine delivery systems" (including e-liquids as well as devices), and authorize forfeiture of cars driven by vapers caught with "untaxed" products. The House approved H4183 by a vote of 127 to 31, and the state Senate is expected to consider it next week......

Hopefully, a huge block of young Ma voters will wise up and remember this come election time. The vape industry should create a spreadsheet of ALL the maggots that voted for this.

Yeah. You keep believing that. Because most people in this state just don't care. "well, he comes to our church and says nice things to the knitting club. And he says he's protecting us. I believe him!" Most mAss residents would gladly give up 90% of their rights at a drop of a hat.

That would probably be every D, with the 4 Republicans remaining in the state voting no.

Yup, they really don't care or even know. All they know is somewhere there is still an approved vaping shop they go to that sells the tobacco only stuff with no flavor, and they think there is no problem. These people are so dense that the government will have to do lots and lots of kicking them in the nuts before a few of them start to wake up.
