I am passing along a little information to those of you who hate brass prep as much as I do. I have a guy up here in Maine (Bangor area) who will process your .223 brass.
For 4 cents per rd, he will:
*resize
*trim and chamfer
*remove military crimp
*clean in stainless steel media

For another penny per, he will prime (with primers you supply).

I gave him about 3000 cases back in September and just got it back yesterday (he is in the Maine Air Guard and got sent to Guam the day after I got it to him).
Here is what I sent him:

I only had 2000 primers on hand so for $140 I got 2000 rds primed, ready to drop powder and seat a bullet, and 1000 rds ready for priming. He does it all on a Dillon 1050. He sent it all back to me in 500-count ziplocks. I WILL NEVER process another piece of .223 brass! I can't imagine how much time that would have taken me.

So far, he is only set up to do .223 brass.
If anybody wants his contact info., PM me. I would post it here but not sure if I can do that where it's not the Classifieds.

I am posting this here instead of the Handloading forum because it applies to volume .223 shooters only.

Pat, that's some great information. You may want to consider having the type of die he uses, Dillon carbide or Redding small base and what ever else might be of interest. Looks very well done, thanks for sharing.
