A Boston man is facing weapons charges after police say they found a loaded gun during a traffic stop in Boston.

Jameel Clark, 25, was arrested about 9:08 p.m. Wednesday after officers assigned to the Youth Violence Strike Force found a loaded 9mm Glock 19 handgun in his car following a traffic stop at the intersection of Park Drive and Boylston Street, Boston police said.

Clark will be arraigned Thursday in Roxbury District Court on charges of unlawful possession of a firearm, second subsequent offense, unlawful possession of ammunition, carrying a loaded firearm, possessing a large capacity feeding device and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license.

In 2016 he was arrested in Worcester after leading cops on a chase, he had a glock with no S/N, he also had a 16 year old girl in the car with him who took the fall for a bunch of drugs that were in the car.

In 2012 he was arrested for accessory to murder.

He's a real gem. If you want to see links to my info above check out GOAL's facebook.

Do cops take a class on how to lay out evidence for a media photo, or does it just come naturally to them?

nice assortment of ball ammo, not even all from the same manufacturer!!! And nice pmag too!

Plea, six month sentence, suspended, but he becomes a prohibited person so won't be able be able to buy guns in MA anymore.
Probably won't even get that far. Judge will toss the gun evidence on 4th amendment grounds "improper search". Mr. Clark will be free that afternoon.

His lawyer will get him off again when he tells the judge that the gun fell out of his friend's pocket unbeknownst to him. [laugh]

Interesting to see if they hit him with an AWB charge for the quite so obvious violation in the picture.

Gotta love the typical "thug ammunition supply" thing though, theres like four RNLs and one JHP in there and a bunch of ball ammo, [rofl]

"during a traffic stop in Boston." "and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended or revoked license."

Once they found his license to drive was suspended or revoked are they lawfully allowed to search the vehicle without consent or a warrant?

If the car is not legally parked where it stopped, and there is not another person immediately available to take the car, the police will tow it. When they tow it, they do an inventory of the contents to protect themselves against accusations of theft. During that search is when they find the contraband.
