Nope... and no empty net either (well at least, not physically)
Just saw the lowlights. Krug was a literal pylon on two of the goals. Well, he was awful on three actually, but straight pylon on two. Literally just stood there to be skated around on one, and then stood there doing nothing but providing a screen on another.
Giving up 44 shots, Halak clearly didn't have a lot of help, and the B's scored zero so weren't winning anyways, but the first three goals he did give up were rather weak.
You're right. Krug sucked even more than the rest of the team.
No offence due to injures this is a known and must be worked around. The defense has just completely collapsed. How do you think they will play against Tampa Bay. They sucked against Florida. Is this the beginning to the end?
We need these guys back ASAP!
Bruins Announce Transactions
Is Gemel Smith any good? I’ve never heard of him.
Who is Gemel Smith? Get to know the newest Boston Bruin
Funny watching Seguin in the background with that smerk on his face when his teammates are saying goodbuy to him.
Doesn’t sound like a bad call. Fingers crossed.
LETS GO B’S!!
BOOM!! That’s how to start it up!
What a shitty 3rd...
Gonna need more whiskey
Not that it was every really a big question, but is there now any doubt at all that Bergeron is their most important player, and possibly the most important player to his team in the league?
The B's are only 4-4-2 since his injury and have score 2 goals or less in 9 of 10 games, and 3 goals once. The only player on the team with more points than him is Pasta, despite Bergy having missed the last 9 and a half games.
Really, the shit performance against Florida where they got mopped up for a 5-0 loss aside, they've been solid defensively and competitive. That was their only game that wasn't a 1-goal game (sans 2 games with an empty netter). Not going to win any games scoring zero and not going to win many scoring only 2. And that's all they've done.
It's actually rather impressive. They lose just one forward and their offense goes to shit, yet lose 7 defensemen and still despite the best efforts of guys like Kampfer and Krug to be terrible, remain pretty solid defensively overall. I'm not sure what to make of that. In a league that has trended towards offense and goals, they have done the opposite in a situation where their injury situation would suggest the reverse...
I thought the Tampa game would be a blow out. But they hung in there even tho they lost.
Alex is in black lace tonight. I don't even care how the team plays....
I forgot about this.
..... and the Bruins interviews only show her from the waist up!
BOOM!! 2-0 yeah buddy.
I Missed the beginning!
But it’s on now!
