I didn't know if anyone here might know if the boat ramp you can see from the bridge going over the Westport in Westport on Rt.88 is a public boat ramp or if you can pay to put in and park or something. I am just looking for a closer place to take the boat fishing for the day instead of driving all the way to the cape. If that isn't a public ramp and someone knows of one and doesn't mind letting me know where it is I would greatly appreciate it.

I was just looking somewhere around the mouth of the Westport River I know of another one upstream but you need a town parking sticker. I am just looking for a place closer to catch some fish and I have done good in the area before.
