She doesn't care if its legal or illegal, you're still going to get jacked up by the cops either way......and she likes that.

If they *do* win en banc, one might argue you can’t ban open carry AND have what is in essence a concealed carry ban too. But you might lose the latter, as many have lost that line of argumentation. Remind me again why we need Kavanaugh?
