If you mean what FA-10 forms you filed, its the list of FA-10 forms you filed. You can call the CHSB and pay a fee of $25 to have them send you a list.

As for the fed, there's no way of knowing for sure. Dealers fill out forms 4473 which they keep, but no telling which of them may have been taken by the ATF and entered into computer.

Hmmm......that's interesting.
Let's say you want to trade in a pistol to a dealer that's NOT Mass compliant (meaning not on the List) which you know you've had it since before 10/21/98, but can't find the original "white slip" from when you bought it. The dealer won't take it because there's no "white slip" with it, therefore he has no proof that's it was registered here prior to 10/21/98 and can't resell it here. Would the list provided by the CHSB be sufficient enough to prove to the dealer that the gun was registered here prior to that date?
