Some serious fun here and I would pay to do it. The tracer rounds towards the end were like a fireworks finale! I’m sure some of you can describe the guns and calibers used.

Im wondering if they would even bother with rhe 50cal in real world action. Just let the computer/ laser guided 20mm cannon do its job. I think it hit the boat in first 3 shots. Now if they where not training rounds that boat would be done quick.
Still must be fun to 50cal a moving boat!
as a kid i got some time behind some cool guns when my dad was in army reserve.

The Ma- Duece is absolutely devastating. Which is why it remains in service after almost 90 years. I remember the first time I fired one, very vividly. The damage it causes to un armored vehicles is beyond words. I can't even imagine what it would do to personnel. Don't want to see it.

Cost of target boat at 28,000 or so, is comparatively about 4 dollars compared to the cost of a missile or torpedo depending on the chosen delivery method. Ma Deuce is good.

Not to mention the absolute terror it instills. They should have turned 180 degrees and abandoned their mission. Of course, it made for better video that they didn't.

It's not the correct system for the target. Take a modern destroyer. It's torpedoes are made for anti submarine use. They do have anti ship missiles (SSM's) but they arent intended for little dinky boats like this. The Harpoons look to be about the same length as that boat that was being shot up. I suspect the boat was so close the Harpoon wouldnt even be able to engage it.

The CIWS is going to eat this stuff up.
