And that's great and all, that's how I do it, costs less to get a high quality rifle just how you want it without buying parts that are later removed, but this isn't how you get a good rifle on a low budget.

Some of us don't need a thousand rounds to shoot at our local 100 yard range to hit what we are aiming at.
When is the last time you got into a firefight and had to fire a thousand rounds?
