I've used the colfax tactical jig with good success.

For lowers, I've done a colfax tactical and tactical machining lower. Quality was equal, but the TM lowers were cheaper so I transitioned over to those using the CT jig

There is a very good chance that they are one in the same. There are many vendors selling TM lowers. Very few vendors actually produce their own, TM however is one of the few who does.

Nice lower, but NOT an 80% lower like the OP wants...

Look at the billet ones offered by Ares (7075 aluminum), or one of the QD models. I prefer billet since they have integrated [larger] trigger guards. IMO, it's more a matter of looks if you go forged or billet at this point. Just make sure you don't buy any from a guy named Wayne, that has a place in Maine...
