Bernie Sanders calls for NZ style gun grab: not fake

Yes, but it's only in the last 20 years that they've reached critical mass and have overwhelmed native Vermonters so only RINO gun grabbers like Phil Scott or Democrats can be elected in statewide elections.

Well, New Hampshire has had the benefit of being the uncool state on the right side of the river. Being "From Vermont" has been A Thing for decades: trendy in a hippy-dippy country Ben-n-Jerry moo-cow sort of way, such that people think having some sort of Green Mountain State nexus is cool and clever. TV show Newhart was set at an inn... in Vermont. I see acquaintances who invariably ask me, despite having been told otherwise several and many times, "How's the move to Vermont going?" [rolleyes]

New Hampshire is in trouble, but unlike Vermont - which I fear is a write-off now - can be saved with hard work.

What do you mean invaded? 30plus years ago my dad would always say returning from VT camping/hunting trips.
I would move here if it where not for all the liberals and commies.

The thing about Vermont is that its always been the most left wing state in the country, going back to the Green Mountain Republic and Ethan Allen. Thus, it attracted more hippies and communists in the 60s and 70s than NH. Before anyone says that VT was a Republican stronghold from the 1860s to 1970s, keep in mind that the GOP used to have more left wingers in the party and originally was the progressive party of abolition and Free Soil.

VT had one of the highest casualty rates in the Civil War and had abolition of slavery in its original constitution (RI technically was first to abolish slavery as a colony but the abolition went ignored). If NH has always leaned right of center, VT has always leaned left of center.

Even Calvin Coolidge was a progressive in his early political days in the Mass legislature and as governor.

Because that's what people say when they aren't paying attention to what's going on in their own public schools and public libraries. Those are infested with liberal think and they pass that on to the new generations. It's not people coming from other states, it's your own kids being raised in your own State while you aren't paying attention.

They are all in base-pandering, rapture mode. The Left is orgasmic in it's hatred of Freedom, and with 18 months to the election, they are full on politically masturbating over the opportunity to beat Trump.

They have. Military Style Semi Automatics or MSSAs for short. Only needs one feature:

Telescoping or folding stock
Magazine over 7 rounds
Pistol grip
Bayonet lug
Flash suppressor

Now thats a gun grabber wet dream right there...

Its not telescoping its aducting and reducting
Magazine is my one
Its not a pistol grip its a hand grip
Keep the bayonet lug i guess who cares
And its a flash redirector

Vermont has been a write off since the early 80's

I disagree with the characterization that NH is in trouble.......we're in the same boat that we've been in for the last 25 years

YeahBut

...and the Donks are playing for keeps now, using every means at their disposal - legal and otherwise - to secure ballot majorities.

Lest we forget... The US Amassador to New Zealand, Scott Brown

Maybe he shared his story on how he went around the state getting support from all the gun clubs and owners then stuffed it up our butts the very first chance he got? Without the support he was given he would not have been elected.

This is clearly showing a trend that does not support our interests...
A certain degree of back and forth wouldn't be of huge concern, were it not, like I said, the Donks going all out to cement a permanent ballot majority. 2020 will certainly tell the tale.

Bernie has an odd history with guns...I believe he voted against Brady bill and voted for protection of lawful commerce act...he has voted for other gun control..

It’s the kind of overnight gun control Democrat presidential candidate Bernie Sanders can get behind.

The socialist senator from Vermont praised the government’s move to limit gun rights in a post to Twitter late Wednesday.
Maybe Bernie is planning on invading NZ,
and he'd prefer they disarmed first.

In the event of war with the US...

Bernie praised their GOVERNMENT for this? The government didn't approve it yet. She declared herself queen I guess. If Bernie approves of this he has declared completely where he stands on democracy in the long run.

Donks, as a rule, aren't big into "democracy" as such - cf. "superdelegate"

Bernie and Biden are both fighting against the fact that they’re old white males trying to get the nod in a party that is all about young women of color at the moment. You’re going to see them all try to out liberal the others to pander to the far left that has hold of power in the Democratic Party at the moment.
