Here is a very hard to find, Beretta model 1200FP, semi auto, 12 gauge, Police Model shotgun. Since Beretta now owns Benelli and was using their great inertia system, even before they bought Benelli, this is pretty much, the same shotgun as my Benelli M1 Super 90, but wears the Beretta name. It has a 20" barrel with rifle sights. It also has factory sling mounts and accepts 2 3/4" as well as 3" shells.
