Bass River 9/2

The USPSA Northeast calendar lists the Bass River 9/2 match as a pistol competition. The NES Competition Calendar lists this match as multi-gun. Can anyone resolve this contradiction?

Great match. Loved the high round count stages; hate the Texas Star. Maybe if I shoot it enough I'll figure it out. I crossed the Bourne bridge at about 1:00 pm with minimal traffic. For some stange reason traffic was backed up heading south for the Cape on Rt. 3. Glad I wasn't part of it. Thanks for a fun match, looking forward to next month.
