Basic pistol class for minor

Can I as a certified firearms instructor give a basic pistol (rifle) class to a minor? What are legal requirements (min. age, adult signature, parent attendance / supervision, etc.)?

Woburn Sportsman's Assoc. use to have a Junior Pistol program. I don't see a problem with it.

I don't know of any specific statutory requirements, but I always require a parental signature on the liability release for a minor, which would constitute permission. I also cover my ass with minors by always having either a group class or another adult present the entire time. (cf. Talking Candy Bar Blues)
