Now that's a real genius idea... Rob a bank on an island.

"Memorial Day weekend got off to a bizarre start Friday afternoon when Nantucket Police responded to a bank robbery on Sparks Avenue. The suspect didn't make it very far.

Police arrested Pamela Morgan, 57, of San Jose, Calif., at the post office next door to the bank just minutes after she allegedly slipped a teller a hand-written note demanding cash."

I read this story yesterday and it reminded me of a Rodney Dangerfield line:

"I picked a guy's pocket on an airplane and tried to make a run for it"

What's really sad is that she's 57 years old.
A little late in life to be robbing banks, eh?
