Baltimore Deputy Police Commissioner Robbed At Gun Point
BALTIMORE, MD (WBFF) — Officials say the deputy commissioner for Baltimore City Police and his wife, were robbed at gunpoint Friday night.
The incident happened around 9 p.m. near Patterson Park in the city's southeast area.
The victim, Danny Murphy, was able to tell police that a white SUV with four people inside pulled up to them as they were walking. Police say, two black males, believed to be 18, got out of the SUV, showed a handgun and demanded the victims hand over their property.
A purse, wallet, and cellphones were taken.
Police say the suspects fled on Patterson Park Avenue. Murphy and his wife were not injured.
