You will pay for them. Usually on sites that have them they are like $35 which for an AK mag is high. But that's places that can order them offline. Probably more if you find a private sale

Nope. they are rare all over really. they are viewed as "collector mags" you could say. they will typically go for at least $30+ depenidng on the mag and origin, even in free states. my only issue personally with them would be durability.

Russian and Nornico are all pre ban.
