I think that might be premature. I don't think we know what the impact will be, or what the "grandfathering" might look like. I have a couple of Forms pending on a Trust. Wonder what their status will be if this comes to pass before they clear. Resubmit with fingerprints, etc? Cleared because they're already "pending?"

Not a lot of data to go on, and a lot of folks lining up to fight the NPRM. We'll see, I guess.

Can confirm that Hudson PD "requests" phone numbers of references. And they call (I was a reference for an applicant.)

I can confirm that Windham does the same thing.
