Back up gun

Guys that carry a back up, do you carry on the same side as your primary or opposite? So if your primary is IWB on the right side do you pocket carry in your left pocket (or right ankle)? Apparently I have too much time on my hands to think about shit like this, but for whatever reason I was thinking if my right hand was incapacitated a back up on the same side would be pretty much useless.
