Anxiety and depression are the new catch terms that PCP's or specialists are using to get reimbursement from the insurance companies when they can't diagnose your problem.
So, the solution is to hook you on Xanax, Ativan, Valium etc. to keep you coming back for more and the wheels on the opioid epidemic bus keep going round and round!

Everyone has anxiety. Especially nowadays.
Sometimes I get anxious.... if I forget my spare magazine...
When my wife says, "is that a new gun?" and I say, "No honey, I've had it for years," .."Oh"
When my favorite ammo is "Out of stock" at TSUSA
When there is one donut left in the box, and no one wants to eat it because they are being polite, so I grab it.
When I am on an crowded elevator, and I glance up at the weight capacity... then the doors open and three fat chicks get on.
When I click on "What's new" on NES and there is a Reptile thread about the wholesale price of lube.
When Reptile finds a phone.
When MGnoob ... posts pretty much anything.

Other than that, I'm good.

I definitely have anxiety, I find rage is the cure.
It’s a useful tool when kept in check, but no way to live..

You just have to focus on what terrible thing is going to happen today as opposed to dwelling on the terrible things that have happened in days past.

Also it helps to not worry about what terrible things going to happen days and weeks ahead

It’s really so much easier living in the “now” I thrive in the moment, worrying or regretting about what ahead or behind you does you no good.

A pill isn’t going to solve any of your problems, that’s just another problem.

Personally, I think clinical anxiety is the biggest crock of shit. If you're nervous, that's your body telling you that you need to open the f*** up! Take some action. Go outside, meet people, get social, do shit. You think when our ancestors got chased by sabertooth tigers they were like "I have anxiety!". f*** that. The rise in clinical anxiety is a reflection of our current social society. Just like walking into cold water, after enough exposure you'll be fine! Enough with these benzos, xanax, clonopin, ativan, diazepam. You can die from all that shit! A pill ain't going to solve your social inadequacies. "My anxiety!" Bleh.

My wife and I fully believe in this.

Anxiety is a first world problem, created by government who prop up lazy people who don't have to hunt, fish, garden, or farm or want to work to feed themselves.

In the old days, people who had anxiety or were lazy just plain didn't make it...and it was bred out of the system to make tougher people who could cope with shit a worse than we have now.

Think of the soldiers in the colonial and civil wars......ragtag groups who had nothing, barely any clothes in the middle of winter, and food, yet they still fought. We are such a spineless bunch of pussies compared to those people its not even funny.

That's why the Democrats will just roll us over, they created all these government suck offs for a reason.

I just had a routine physical this AM, a couple days ago I had to do a pre screen via an online portal thing

Most of the questions were asking in various ways about mental health

My Dr never asked or mentioned anything about it during my visit

I'm beginning to think you are compensating for something. And please, no pics to prove you are not!
