I don't understand your reference to President Trump, but Navy and Marine Corps vets that served in the Blue Water Navy during the Vietnam conflict should submit their claims if they have not already. Having a copy of my History of Assignments and my ship's logs facilitated my claim. Good idea to contact your local Veterans Support Office for assistance. DAV, VFW and the Legion can also help.
