How can you view all of your attachments on file to reuse rather than taking another picture?

Attachments are no longer stored and attached to a single user, so this isn't available anymore. Subsequently, you also no longer need to worry about the size of all of your attachments.

I was looking for a old picture of a rifle that I had stored on this site. I had to go to another site to find an archive.

If you look through your old posts, it should still be there.. we don't delete attachments. There just isn't an interface for you to look through them anymore.
