Assault weapon “evil” features question

Hello, is it legal in mass to possess or make a krinkov style AK pistol as long as it does not have more than two evil features? For example a krinkov pistol with only a pistol grip and detachable magazine without threaded barrel. Thanks

You can only have 1 evil feature. 2+ is not allowed, that would make it a super duper scary “assault weapon.”

FYI, A detachable magazine isn’t an evil feature, it’s a prerequisite. A pistol can only be considered an assault if it’s semi-automatic and it has detachable magazines. If it’s fixed mag, it can never be an “assault weapon” so you can have all of the evil features you want.

ETA: You also can’t have an AK at all because all AKs are specifically banned by name in the AWB.
