A lot of them are staged, I think. The last kid who says "my mom is gonna kill me" for example. IMO, if you look closely, he starts to flinch before the gun goes off. Still a good clip though. I like when he says, "...you aint got no hair gel..." and then pauses to take a sip of Sunny D on the rocks, lol.
