A big thank you to all vets and their families!!! We wouldn't be here without you.
We owe a huge debt of gratitude to all those that have served, whether war time or peace time!
Thanks to all of you!!
As I always do, I attended our town's Veterans Day event. It was abbreviated this year due to the miserable cold, raw and windy weather but as the master of ceremonies (USMC and AF Veteran plus retired Deputy Police Chief) said, there are thousands of troops currently serving in worse weather conditions currently! There were a few dozen brave souls (who were not involved in the festivities) that attended this year, usually there are 50-100.
