just like Vermont. When you are in Maine you follow Maine law. So you can carry open or concealed. You are not bound by ma laws once you cross state lines.

I get that... So this applies to out of state residents as well? So like Vermont - Maine is basically a reciprocal state by way of no longer issuing permits to carry?? Or do they still issue permits to out of staters?
