Are Kahr PM40's now MA compliant???

A fellow MA resident recently posted on Glock Talk that as of 3/11 Kahr PM40's (not PM9) are MA compliant and being sold. He says that he bought one in MA and has since posted a range report. I responded to the post asking if anyone else knows about this, but received no additional info. Has anyone here heard about this? It's news to me.

If it's not on a PUBLISHED roster (and the one I found earlier this week was for February), then it is not legal for sale in Massachusetts. The GCAB may have APPROVED the gun, but until the new roster is published with the Kahr .40 on it, no (legal) sales can occur.
