AR15 and EFA10 Question

Apologize if this has been answered elsewhere, but so many articles and being MA, can change quickly, lol

If an AR15 was purchased/delivered new in 2015, is it still legal in MA to sell to another MA resident with valid LTC-A using EFA10?
It was built as MA compliant.

Any known "gotchas" or items to note for the transaction?

I would build it up and register it as a .22. Then perhaps at a later date, you can swap uppers to any caliber you want. That way:

SELECT * FROM 'caliber' WHERE value='.223';

yields NULL

If it's MA AWB compliant, it's legal, regardless of when it was made, bought, sold, etc. Unless, of course, you believe Maura's BS...

this is correct. Despite what Maura said as AG, the law stayed the same and it’s been written for almost 25 years now. What’s incorrect and depressing is that she can make law now. Hopefully she leaves shit alone.
