AR question

I have been shooting Highpower/Service for 28 years now. I am the last, or one of the last still using an M1 Garand. I am thinking of switching over to an AR for Service Rifle. Any ideas on which would be a good one to look at? Thanks.

White oak upper, any lower, and a geissele trigger. Same combo used by 90% of us, including the top service rifle shooters in the country.

Just took a look at white oak. Looks great, but what is .223 Wylde???? I thought it was .223 rem?

Not as sloppy as a NATO chamber.

Wylde is the chamber "style"...its still a .223 rem
