Well, it's not semiautomatic and under 50oz so it can't violate the AWB. Seems to pass all the sniff tests for MA ownership that I can think of.

Seems stupid to me, but screw it, let's build one for the "f*** you" factor alone. Same reason for the fixed mag AR pistol builds.
