Are the components in entry level AR LPKs made by the same company with different names on them? I do not mean are there features for brand A that are different than the features for brand B, but how many companies actually build their own parts for their kits? I can't believe companies like Colt, Bushy, Spikes, DD etc have plants that manufacture their own detents, springs, hammers etc. Do they all come from the same place or limited number of places?

Also the same question for charging handles. They are virtually the same in every product description. Are they machined at the same place then later finished/assembled to individual features?

It sounds like there are a bunch of different companies making the parts that go into an LPK based on this conversation.

BCM gunfighter is pretty different than most (?all) other charging handles.
