Hey guys quick question.

After I finish this AR Build, do I have to fill out a form? The build has a 24" Bull barrel. I am no clear on the "Form 1" after the build things.

Hunh? In the state of MA, the only form you need to fill out when you assemble a firearm is an EFA-10.

I suspect he's thinking National Firearms Act. That "form 1" must be completed and approved before you can "manufacture" (build) a short barreled rifle (shorter than 16")
