Looking for AR-15 reciever and build parts in MA, is this possible ? Trying to save FFL shiping charges,

Rick - Lower and upper receivers were recently offered up as a group buy for green members - the uppers were reasonably priced and the lowers were 50% of what I see in the shops (not including xfer fees) - later barrels were added

So yes, you can order most parts and build it yourself but the lower will still go thru an FFL

You can order everything but the lower receiver shipped to your door. Just be careful you don't violate any laws when building it.
