Applying for LTC in Norfolk

Hey I'm new to the site and I'm applying for my LTC in Norfolk Ma. I've heard of people being surprised with extra requirements. I took the courses needed and I am just wondering if there is gonna be some extra requirements. I just wanna be as prepared as possible. Any help would be awesome... Thanks everyone!

All I know is what the other thread says that Norfolk is a 'green' town. Other than that, can't help sorry.
