Application Question 10 (stupid question)

Does Contesting a ticket (tinted windows) count as a Yes to Q10. its the only time I've ever been in a courtish setting and just want to be sure.

the only other thing in my past is my licence was suspended for not paying a parking ticket or excise and was resolved by paying it (no driving without a licence tickets or court appearances) does this need to be disclosed some how?

IANAL but Q10 specifically says "excluding non-criminal traffic offenses", tinted windows is a non-criminal traffic offense. There is no other place on the application where you would note a suspended license. IMHO, you are good to go.
