Some good news.

Writing for the three-judge appellate court panel that heard the case, Kolbe v. Maryland, Chief Judge William B. Traxler wrote: “In our view, Maryland law implicates the core protection of the Second Amendment — ‘the right of law-abiding responsible citizens to use arms in defense of hearth and home, District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570,635 (2008), and we are compelled by Heller and McDonald v. City of Chicago, 561 U.S. 742 (2010), as well as our own precedent in the wake of these decisions to conclude that the burden is substantial and strict scrutiny is the applicable standard or review for Plaintiffs’ Second Amendment claim.”

If this holds up under appeal it could be big (assuming MA seriously starts recognizing legal precedent).

It can be amazing how far some courts will go to carry the ball for the other side. I would not be surprised if a lower court ruled "AW possession fails under strict scrutiny because of the unusual and dangerous nature of these weapons" which, of course, would make for an interesting appeal.

A real judge or panel would slap this down as easy as 1,2,3 but of course we have corrupt NON constitution following courts

If you call "dupe" you should link the first thread so we know where the original is.
Or the OP could have done a search like the rest of us have to do. "Circuit," "appellate," "appeals," "Kolbe," "Maryland," "Traxler," or "Blake" might have been good terms with which to start.

No it's not.
Let's see. Your NES post with a link to the NSSF press release about the 4th Circuit ruling requiring Judge Blake to apply Strict Scrutiny:

Pretty much the definition of a dupe.
