Are you or is someone you know looking for housing come December?
I know I'm putting the cart ahead of the horse a bit listing it so early but I wanted to get it out there early for those looking.
It's located on Lafayette St in Lowell, quite literally a five minute walk from Olsen and Ball hall. Rent goes for $426/mo not including utilities, those at most during the winter go around $120 but that was back in Feb/Mar with all the ridiculous weather we had.
Smoke and pet free house, but if you need to we have a back porch that you can smoke on. These aren't my rules they are the landlords.
Obviously I'm 2A friendly but don't leave it out, sometimes the landlord comes by to do some upkeep.
I'll have two bedrooms available and each bedroom pays the $426, if it comes down to a couple that needs the room I'm sure we could work something out.
