We're running the first of two 3 Gun matches this season on Sunday (20th). 9am start time, competitors need to show up at 8:30 for registration and briefing. Minimum round count is approx:

123 rilfe

64 pistol

44 shotgun

Match fee is $40

The range will be closed to non-match shooting during this event.

I'm about an hour away and would like to watch the match to get an idea how it's run, what equip is used , etc .

I cant see if you have to be a member to spectate or compete , though.

I cant register on the website to view and/or post in the forum , none of the club's officers have any contact info on the site , and all I can see as far as instructions go , are the requirement to attend a club meeting the second Thursday of each month , to start the club membership process .

So any info from club members would be greatly appreciated .

Thanks , Brion

Not a club member but this is a USPSA club and matches are usually open to all to shoot.

The club page has a contact section for officers LINK

If you go, make sure you bring eye and ear protection.

Ultra:
I drove up there last month for a combination USPSA classifier match/4 stage 3G match. The match on 5/20 is 3G only. The club has four what we could consider pistol bays, plus a 200 yard rifle range, plus a 600 yard range rifle range. Expect to see stages in each of them. I shot a 3G match there in 2010 and it was rifle intensive. That said, it was well worth the 4 hour drive from NH. If you go up on
Sunday, the match director is Bernie P., he's a super nice guy. The guys who shoot there are top notch. Just bring your ear/eye pro.

A far better resource about shooting events in Maine is:

You will have to register to see the forum, but it is far more comprehensive than the individual club Web sites.
