Anyone have a compost toilet???

I am looking to move most of my plumbing off my septic system. Does anyone here have a compost toilet??? LMK I would like to talk and ask Q's. I've done some homework and I going to check out a local one in a few weeks but would like to here from others. LMK Thanks fello freedom fighter

I don't own one, but have used the one on Misery Island off the coast of Salem, ma on several occasions. It worked as advertised and didn't stink, even in the summer.

I used to plan my winter overnight hikes in the White Mountains by whether or not there was a composting toilet near the nightly bivy. Nothing sucks quite as much as dropping trou and squatting in -20F conditions.
