[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica]John Bud Hawk of Bremerton, Washington died Monday, November 4, 2013.

Bob Williams summed Bud up well as "he was one of the 90th soldiers who received the MOH for his World War II actions and a very impressive gentleman who chose education as his way to spread peace.

Bud was a member of the unit my father was in and I met him several times at the reunions which I attended with my Dad. He was a real nice guy.

4 Members of the 90th Division were awarded the MOH during WWII. He was the last surviving MOH recipient of the 90th.
