Another go at National CCW reciprocity

‘(c) In a State that allows the issuing authority for licenses or permits to carry concealed firearms to impose restrictions on the carrying of firearms by individual holders of such licenses or permits, a firearm shall be carried according to the same terms authorized by an unrestricted license or permit issued to a resident of the State.

Eh, it's a reasonable argument that self-defense is covered by the "privileges and immunities" guaranteed to all citizens regardless of the state government's prejudices against state residents/non-residents. I'd rather a bill like this, preserving the right of states and simply requiring reciprocity to just about anything else they're likely to pass this session.

Yup. Well said.

From behind the iron curtain in MA this kind of stuff looks good at first blush, but it is all at the expense of free states.
