My wife received her ALP LTC-A here in Arlington a few days ago. Elapsed time was 46 days (mine took 37 days last fall). She had no problems with the licensing officer, even though she had an arrest (that was continued w/o a finding and presumably eventually dismissed) due to an MIT prank and overzealous Cambridge police years ago.
Given that from everything I've heard Arlington is good about promptly sending applications to the MSP, I wonder if the MSP is running a bit slow right now.
