Suspect arrested, others sought in Washington state high school shooting
..... Although the shooting was believed to have taken place off school grounds, one victim was found in a parking lot near the school's football field and the other was found inside a locker room, police said....

One more quasi "school shooting" to add to the alleged total number (that the anti's use to try to crucify legal gun owners about).

Although the shooting was believed to have taken place off school grounds, one victim was found in a parking lot near the school's football field and the other was found inside a locker room, police said.

Using that logic we should have a nationwide problem of hospital and ambulance shootings.

They do this all the time...
If it happened on the way to school... it's a school shooting.
If it happened on the way home from school... it's a school shooting
If it happened on school grounds after hours... it's a school shooting
If it was a school related activity off of school grounds... it's a school shooting

They also like to include suicides and incidents where "Gun fired but no one injured" just to pump up the numbers

That's how they fudge their numbers: a "school shooting" is any shooting within a mile of a school, regardless of whether a student was involved, regardless of what day or time it was, or if school was in session.

I am a believer "school of life" and the "school of hard knocks" and therefore every shooting is a "school shooting".

From the Taunton Police:

Jordan Jose Velasquez, 27, has been charged with cocaine trafficking and possession of class D (marijuana) and C (THC oil) substances with an intent to distribute. Velasquez was also charged with a drug violation near a school because the traffic stop occurred less than 70 feet from the YMCA, an accredited schooling facility, according to the report.

So 70 feet from a YMCA = school? My head hurts.

Have you ever heard of "assault weapons"? :D

I found them.
