Its not a " Who's side they should be on " fight. " Shall not infringe " has no side, unless there is a Bill Of Rights amendment any of these so called laws created are BS.
The Constitution and the Bill of Rights are the supreme law of the land everything else created in between is fubar. The name calling is frustration and a human response to the idiocy.
I get it and I do understand. I just think when you start out name calling your target audience or most of them just tune out. So then the rest of your message falls on deaf ears. Just my opinion. I mean I get the why in our/his frustration...we get beat at every turn. But after starting by telling them to grow a spine I think the speaker loses some credibility and then the panel goes on the defensive. Because now you have insulted them saying they have n backbone. People don't like to hear that. It's tough to be objective after a personal attack on your ethics.

Yeah, the two guys that spoke were very passionate, to the point of inside baseball and incoherence.
And the second guy basically said my kung-fu is stronger than your kung-fu , so I could kick your ass. He said this to one of the councilman who's a black belt in something or other. Classy, and on point, eh?
