Been on Amazon since the beginning. Switched over to the Amazon Smile link to benefit Comm2A. Had some issues with our renewal and our credit card was charged twice. Worked it out with customer service and now our account is locked. Every time I call customer service, I'm placed on hold for 10 minutes. Then I'm told the department that handles this issue will get back to me in 24 hours. They get back to me with the same number to call and then it's like groundhog day. When I insist on speaking to a manager, I'm told there is nothing they can do. Any chance this has something to do with the pro 2A donation?? Anyone else having issues??
