Better late than never, but the ideal time to chat with your reps is before the vote...

Also, to all people whose reps voted against freedom: what are you going to do about it? Sit and take it? That's what most people do, and that's why reps feel free to vote this way.

Personally, I will donate and volunteer to re-elect my entire delegation - in my (admittedly short) experience they consistently voted for freedom.
