Ak stock compatability

Would an ak stock custom made for one ak fit another ak? Im looking to trade my wasr for a saiga but the wasr has custom made furniture on it that id like to put on the saiga. What do you guys think?

What model Saiga? I know that the S-12 if not the same size. The S-12 receiver is thicker than the regular AK. You can whittle it down to fit though, I've done that before.

Yeah the little Warsaw Pact length stocks don't fit me good either. The NATO length stocks are much better.
