I found a laser (laserlyte) that inserts into the bore of a firearm, and activates for 100ms after the hammer drops making a noise. Now, my question is, are there any airsoft guns that will realistically cycle a slide or bolt when not loaded but will allow the air to vent outward somehow as the bore will be blocked by the laserlyte.

All of them will fire when not loaded.

Use spring activated or electric. They dont use air. The BB gets loaded in front of a piston that is fired either by an electric solenoid or the spring.

There are some older rifles that didn't take off or are older that do cycle. As you would expect they are not the most reliable. There are a ton of GBB (gas blow back) pistols that cycle the slide.

Blocking the bore totally on some of these would cause damage to mags in some cases.
